Leak detection
We provide our own in-house leak tests, which will comprise of a visual test or a rain simulation test to identify where the issue is occurring, a detailed photographic report is provided upon completion of the test. We also have a panel of third-party leak testers who carry out: Electronic leak detection which is where a metal probe is inserted into the roof and it identifies where there are any damages to the roof.
